Casa Valliprata - freshly modern Tuscan

Once a warehouse of the local bishop's villa, the house is now a cozy quiet apartment atop the hill of Bucciano; in the countryside south of San Miniato. You are welcomed by the small front garden, perfect to chill and read; at the ground floor you have an open space living room with a comfy sofa and a fully equipped kitchen, directly connected to the back garden. On the first floor you have the main bedroom with a queen size and the second bedroom with two beds; plus the bathroom with shower. The swimming pool (12 mt x 6mt) is shared with the guests of the residence (opening is from june to september). Guests have access to our olive groove, a nice place to rest and enjoy the sunset or for walking your dog. The house has two private parking spots I literally live next door so I'll be there to welcome you and will also be glad to help you organize your stay. Ask me for tips about sightseeing, hiking, wildlife watching, tasting and so on. I'm a foodist and know well the local gourmet scene. Happy to share my knowledge with the guests Bucciano is a small village atop a hill facing the Chiecina Valley; the wildest part of San Miniato: where the countryside meets the woods. San Miniato is at 8 kms If you have a car, Bucciano is easy to reach from the fipili (the road linking Firenze to Pisa and Livorno) or, coming from the opposite side, from Montaione Volterra and San Gimignano.
