Cozy studio in quiet area

We are hosting you in a large independent studio with a kitchenette, private bathroom, WLAN, TV, separate entrance, located in a villa in quiet surroundings just outside Fribourg. The house is easily accessible by public transport or car. One parking spot is included. The studio is in the basement, covers 32 m2, has 2 single beds and a sofa, a dining table, a kitchenette, a separate WC/shower, WLAN/TV. The studio has a big window with morning sun. The sleeping area can be separated with a curtain. Our house is easily accessible public transport or by car. Parking is available for free directly in front of the house. It is 5 minutes from the motorway exit called Matran (A12 Fribourg-Vevey). It is 10 minutes by walking from the train station Rosé (on the axis Fribourg-Lausanne) or 7 minutes from the bus stop. Additionally, I’m playing “Schwyzerörgeli” (small diatonic accordion) and I’d love to share this passion for Swiss folk music with my guests. I’m usually here when you arrive. Berne, 40 km away, the capital of Switzerland offers with the Parliament Building, Bear Park, Zytglogge, Bern MInster, etc., many sightseeings.
