Stone Cottage in conservation area of Banff

Our delightful 1776 stone-built cottage is situated in the heart of old Banff and only 2 minutes walk from the beach. Holidaying in an old cottage does not mean you will be disconnected from the outside world. Installed and free to use is BT Wifi offering superfast broadband, Sky TV, Sky Sport, Sky Box Sets, and BT Sport. We are within 5 minutes walking of the Famous Spotty Bag Shop, Tesco, Coop, museum, post office and chemist. You will have full access to the house. Downstairs is a living room with fireplace. Build in kitchen has a dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave. Small utility has a washing machine and tumble dryer leading to a bathroom. Upstairs Bedroom 1 has an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with room for a cot if required. You will be able to access all areas except the loft. Loft access is a door on the landing between bedroom one and two with a bolt. We have our personal belongings stored in there. The key will be accessable from a key safe. We will be contactable via telephone at any time during your visit. There are numerous golf courses in the area. 2 minutes from the beach. Beautiful walks. Parking free either on road outside the property or in the free car park 30 metres from the property (directly opposite the police station). No 35 bus runs a regular hourly (half hourly peak times) service to Aberdeen and Elgin.
