This is the same property as the Old Cellar Door but with another bedroom, bathroom and living area meaning it can sleep up to 9 adults! It is perfect for a group or large family of up to 9 adults. Our Old Cellar Door is bright, spacious and comfortable. It was converted from the original cellar door into accommodation in 2011. The 4 queen sized bedrooms each have a TV and Reverse cycle wall units. The main kitchen is fully appointed, and the main open plan living area provides plenty of comfy relaxing options, including a wood burner to keep you cosy on winter nights. There is a large TV, DVD player and reverse cycle system in this area. The space is divided into 2 areas. The Cellar door has 3 bedrooms while the adjoining apartment has the 4th bedroom and a sofa bed, allowing a total of 9 adults to stay comfortably. There is a 2nd living area, bathroom and kitchenette in the apartment, all allowing plenty of space for a large group to spend time together, yet with their own privacy. The property can also be booked as Old Cellar Door 3 which provides only 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. There is a large 3 space carport attached to the accommodation. We have another guesthouse cottage on the property, 150m away. Our 2 bedroom Lawson Hill Cottage is also available for booking on AirBNB. Book both properties for a large group needing 6 bedrooms. The firepit and indoor fire are available from 1 April until 1 October due to Rural Fire Regulations. The 1 bed apartment is not rented separately from the Cellar Door. The accommodation is fully self contained. Our home is located on the same property so we are close by if needed. However we prefer to let our guests enjoy their own space and fully relax. If we are away, we leave contact details of our close and trusted neighbour. The Old Cellar door is in one of the most sought after spots in Mudgee. You will be central to world class wineries sch as Bunnamagoo Wines (across the road), Robert Oatley wines (3 paddocks away but 3km by road), Rosby wines (2kms up the back road), David Lowe wines (wave to them from your verandah but 5km by road). Restaurants - The Zin House, di Lusso's, Craigmoor Pavilion and Pipeclay Pumphouse are all in the countryside surrounding the accommodation. Town is 5.8km, or a quick 8 minute drive on a quiet, rural roads through picturesque vineyards.
