River Studios

River Studios are two identical cozy apartments, right next to each other, located inside a flowery estate, full of citrus and plane trees. Situated right on the outskirts of Kokkari Village, the River Studios, offer a relaxing stay surrounded by sea and mountains. Bright and high ceiling studio, divided into two levels with two private balconies overlooking our garden and mountains. The studio is 30 meters squared, comprised by a single and a double bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. We provide free WiFi, together with some utilities such as TV, air-condition, microwave, darkening shades, espresso machine, hairdryer etc. A baby crib is also provided if needed. The Studio's neighborhood has everything you might need: Its a walking distance to Kokkari village, where you can find all amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ATMs, laundry and Car&Bike rentals. With the bus stop just a few meters away, you will be able to explore and discover all the rest of the island. Marina's Restaurant is our next door neighbor, where you will taste excellent traditional Samian food. The beach is just next to our doorstep, about 50 meters away, with a special twist: The local windsurfing center is there to offer several activities, such as Canoe, Stand Up Paddle-board, Windsurfing lessons, Beach Soccer, Table tennis, Yoga, and Tai Chi. If you feel like exploring the beauty of our neighboring local beaches, you can visit Lemonakia beach at 600 meters away and Tsamadou beach at 850 meters. 25 km from the airport (30 minutes by taxi) and 10 km from the port of Samos. We love our garden and we are sure you will love it too! We plant several fruits and vegetables that you will be tasting right from the soil. Eggplants, Tomatoes, Rocket, Parsley, Strawberries, Peaches and Pomegranates, are just few of the delicious treats we have for you and our family. We also produce our own extra virgin olive oil, which we will be offering you to use in your super fresh Greek salads!
