Near Rome, in front of the sea

The villa stays in a private village; the inside road is private but the isn't a a dedicated park site. Not large cars may be park in the garden. Villa with a large garden with a living patio. Downstairs: a living saloon with a piano, a fireplace, a wanderfull sofa and seventhy-years style deckchairs, TV and HiFi. Moreover a kitchen,a bath-room, a small room with 1 bed. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terrace. A large private beach with a provate sea umbrella a 2 deckchairs are available for the people staying in the villa. The beach offers many activities: sailing, beach volley, beach tennis, soccer, swimming in very clean and clear water, snorkeling. There is a bar and some beach restorants are easely reacheable. Shopping available at 1 km. 100 meters far there is a public line bus to Roma. An holiday in our villa in Villaggio Tognazzi offers the best mix between a sea-sun holiday and toiurism in Rome.
