Charming home in Carezza, Dolomites

My flat is situated in the Grand Hotel Carezza complex, a historical 19th century building chosen as a summer residence by Empress Elisabeth of Austria (Sissi). In winter time there are more than 40 km of ski slopes while in the summer it offers lovely walks in the woods, horseback riding, mountain bike and cycling, 9 holes Golf course just 5 min. away and tennis courts. The flat is full of natural light and charm, with traditional details merging with modern looks. It comfortably fits 5 people and parking is included. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. There is one bathroom with bath tub and the kitchen is well-equipped. There is also a washing machine. Entire flat and all common areas of the building including ski storage, parking, and playroom (you can find ping pong equipment in the flat). I will rent the flat when I'm not there myself but I will be reachable via phone and Airbnb. Barbara will check you in and will be at your disposal for anything you may need. The area has been declared world heritage by UNESCO and it features some of the most beautiful mountains and landscapes in the world. Chosen by the Empress of Austria, Winston Churchill and Agatha Christie as a holiday destination, Carezza is a place were history, local folklore and modern attractions meet. The bus from Bolzano train station will take you right in front of the building. If you are arriving by plane the closest airport is Verona (Valerio Catullo), where you can rent a car or take a train to Bolzano. The ski slopes are reachable on foot, as are most of the local places of interest. There is a grocery store nearby and pizzeria and restaurants offering traditional cuisine. The bus passes regularly in front of the building and will take youto nearby villages with grocery stores, restaurants, shops and more sky slopes.
