Apartment Mare above Opatija - breathtaking view

The apartment is in a peaceful, quiet and natural environment, right above our wonderful Opatija. The apartment is on the first floor of the house, approximately 100m2 of space. You have a big space where is the kitchen, dining room and living room. There are three bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilette. Terrace which is beside the living room has a wonderful view on the whole Kvarner bay. Outside you have enough space for relaxing, grill, parking place etc. Very cosy, perfect temperature in the summer, wonderful view, nature, enough space, you can walk to Opatija, you have many wonderful places near by... You can access and use the whole surrounding of the house and of course the whole apartment. I live under the apartment, but since I work the most of the day I'll give privacy to my guests, but still be around if needed! There are all private houses near by, wonderful place of some 15 houses all together. We have 3 private parking places. There is no public transportation near by.
