Single door and double doors from decking into open plan living area including lounge, dining and kitchen. Kitchen includes: Tea/coffee station. Full sized oven/hob. Fridge with freezer compartment. Microwave, toaster, kettle and cafetière. Pots/pans, dishes, utensils. Dining area includes: Comfortable 6 seater table. Living space includes: Comfortable sofa and ottoman. Smart TV: ability to log into your own Netflix, amazon prime, etc. DVD player and selection of DVDs. Speaker with USB plug. Electric fire place. Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe, vanity space, TV and ensuite toilet/sink. Bedroom 2 - Twin room with two single beds and storage. Bedroom 3 - Twin room with two single beds and storage. Family shower room with basin and toilet. Additional Property Information: • WiFi - Park wifi available. • Parking - Unallocated, near to the accommodation. • Pets - Unfortunately, we can not allow pets in our home. • Utilities - Mains water, electric and gas bottles. • Heating - Central heating throughout. • Linen - Bed linen, pillows, duvets and bath towels are available.
