The historic town of Rye is a very short drive away and the beautiful beach at Camber Sands is close by with multiple water sport activities available. Hastings Country Park with it's stunning clifftop walks is a five minute drive away. Also close by is Battle Abbey, the original site for the Battle of Hastings. The 1066 walk is another enjoyable thing to do in the area.
