At the edge of the forest, this 400m² manor house has high ceilings, marble and parquet floors, a fireplace and a covered pool (summer only), a fire pit outside in the vast garden. An hour away from Paris, the house is perfect for big families with children. No group parties allowed. A great way to spend the summer holidays or weekends with your extended family. Minimum stay June-August is 7 days. Unique, large and grand loft space on the ground floor with open kitchen and bar perfect for having pre-dinner drinks while preparing meals. Please be advised that there are security cameras on the outside of the property and they will not inflict on the guests privacy, they are installed for both guests and hosts protection. Swimming pool (summer only), long chairs and parasol on terrace next to the swimming pool; game room with pool table, board games and large TV; large garden with swing set, badmitton, basketball net; garage with ping pong table, fusbal, air hockey table, bikes, scooters, roller blades, skate boards... 5 parking spaces. I am available for questions/directions. The house is located in the country side at the edge of the forest which is perfect for hiking and riding bikes. No neighbors. There are 2 golf courses and two horse back riding schools within a 10-20 minute drive. Please note there is a railway 200 meters in front of the house. The house is a 10 minute drive to the Evreux train station which has direct trains to Paris (55 minutes). Visit D-day beaches, Rouen, Conches sur Ouche, Le Neubourg and the castle of Champ de Bataille, Louviers, Giverny (Monet's house), Deauville, Honfleur, Lisieux, Abbaye du Bec Hellouin, Abbaye de Jumièges... The house is equipped for babies: crib, high chair, stroller. Office space with computer, printer, high speed internet.
