Large bedroom with double bed, side tables, builtin robe & large ensuite with oversize shower and spacious vanity area. All common areas such as living areas are large and open plan. The house is equipped with a chef's style kitchen with large island bench and dishwasher. The lounge room has a a flat screen 3D LED television with cinema quality in roof sound system. Only 20 minutes by car to the new Sydney Zoo. The gardens both front and rear are beautiful and kept in immaculate condition. The premises has a large undercover outdoor area to relax, take in and sit back with a cold or warm drink to take in the atmosphere or just read a book. Note: All guests must be doubled Covid-19 vacinated and produce proof of double vacination upon arrival. No proof then you will be turned away regardless of a confirmed booking. You must be 18 years old + to stay. Adults only accommodation. No third party bookings permitted unless you advise us prior and we consent to it. No smoking or the wearing of outside shoes inside the house. No friends, relatives or other persons of Airbnb guests are permitted to enter the premises. On street parking only.
