South of Lake District Family Annex

The annex is a lovely presented bed sit with private bathroom and kitchen including microwave, fridge and hob. There is a large double bed and potential to expand with another double, cot or child’s bed. We are 15 mins from the Lake District National Park and 20 mins from Bowness on Windermere, Arnside is just 10 mins away. Park House Barn venue is 10 mins walk away.The Annex is connected to a family home where your hosts will be happy to help with further arrangement. Friendly dogs welcome. The accommodation is situated in Milnthorpe Village which has a selection of pubs, restaurants, take aways, parks and walks. It is also a great base for exploring the Lake District or the coast of Cumbria which are both within easy reach. Guests have a private Annex but can also use the shared garden area and BBQ, there is private off road parking free Wi-Fi and TV. Small kitchen has fridge, microwave, hob, kettle and toaster. Hosts live on site and are available on request for any assistance required. Park House Barn which is a popular venue for weddings and party’s is a short walk away , about 10 mins. The accommodation is located on the main bus route between Lancaster and Keswick and the nearest train station in 10 mins away in Arnside. Parking is available with lots of attractions within an easy drive, most notably the Lake District National Park.
