Downstairs has a large, comfortable lounge and separate dining room with seating for 6. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, with cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and all the cookware and tableware needed for your stay. Beyond the kitchen is a downstairs bathroom with toilet and large shower cubicle. Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms, a large bathroom and a separate toilet. Bedroom 1 - King size bed and large wardrobes Bedroom 2 - Twin bedroom with zip-link beds that can be made up as a superking size bed if required Bedrooom 3 - Twin bedroom with 2 single beds The upstairs bathroom has a full size bath, toilet and a large, walk-in shower. The rear garden has outside seating under a pergola. To the front of the house is off-road parking for up to 3 cars. Guests have full exclusive use of the house and garden. Red Butt House is a self-contained property and you can come and go as suits you. You don't need to contact us to check in or out. Check-in is any time from 5pm onwards. The key for entry is in a Master Key Safe by the front door. A few days before your holiday, we will send you a message on AirBnB with directions to the property. The key safe code will be sent by text message when the property is available for your use. Although you don't need to meet us, we are normally nearby and we're available by phone, text message or email, 8am to 10pm. Red Butt House is located in a quiet, residential side street in Freshwater, Isle of Wight. Freshwater is the ideal location for a quiet, relaxing break. Freshwater Bay with beach is a 2 minute drive from Red Butt House, and The Needles and Alum Bay with it's coloured sands are only about a 7 minute drive. There are some great walks nearby including Tennyson Down and the Needles Headland, to the rocket testing site and the Needles Old Battery (now a museum). Tapnell Park Farm and Compton Bay are a short drive away. At the end of the road is a corner shop for your essentials. Freshwater town centre and the large supermarket are a couple of minutes drive away. The nearest bus stop is a couple of minute's walk away and the open top Island Coaster bus, taking you to Blackgang, Ventnor, Shanklin and Sandown, can be caught from Freshwater Bay. The easiest way to get around the island is by car. Of course, you can cycle all over the island!
