Excellent location: 2 min walk to bus stop/ city, shopping centre behind the house(Coles, Aldi, cafes, restaurants) and 8 min walk to train station, 7 km from CBD. One double bedroom with king single comfortable bed with big wardrobe (sofa can be added). Beautiful room on the second floor in secluded corner with large retreat, tv and sofa bed. Very bright comfortable home has all amenities and facilities for your enjoyment. Relax in backyard with our water fountain and 2 friendly little dogs. Spacious house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 separate toilets,  2 lounges, 2 dining rooms and 1 retreat upstairs. Extra large kitchen is at the back of house which is separated by double doors which we keep closed to keep dogs out of rest of the house. First lounge and dining room rarely used as we all sitting in rampus and backyard. Also big veranda is just built and garden is just finished with large water features 😀 All house is guest friendly except main bedroom and 3 other bedrooms. They can use kitchen for cooking, guests also have their own fridge located in double garage. They can park their cars on driveway or in front of the house (quite court). We are friendly family who loves to meet new people. Our family consists of 4 adults. We will treat you like one of our own . You are always welcome into the shared places. If any concerns or advice is needed we will try our best to accommodate your needs. Our house is in quiet court location, very safe neighborhood with lots of new cafes opened nearby and they make great coffees. Also near great locations of the western suburbs such as beaches and CBD which is a 10 minute drive away☺️ 200 meters to bus stop (route 216 to city), 400m to Central West S.C. 800m to train station and the biggest shopping centre in the west Highpoint is 3 km away (bus 408 route nearby). We are friendly middle-aged couple from Europe with 2 adult daughters and have 2 loving dogs that live inside (Hugo is poodle and Heidi is bichon, both are small , friendly and they do not shed). We love traveling ourselves and staying in nice airbnb places. We know your needs and that's why we wanted to become your host's.
