It’s an older, charming home with some upgrades. Pets are welcome. No smoking allowed. No parties. Enjoy morning coffee in the backyard or sunroom- feels like you're in the country although you’re in the center of town. You’ll have the place to yourself. Available anytime via text, phone & email. No physical interaction unless necessary. This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Walking distance to SOMC. Two miles to Shawnee State University. Less than 3 miles to historic Bonneyfiddle & downton Portsmouth. 30 miles to Ashland, KY. 45 miles to Chillicothe, OH. There's a circular driveway which is great for multiple vehicles. Our family and small dog live here part time, so two hallway closets are locked. There’s carpet in a few rooms, so not recommended for those with allergies. The carpets are professionally cleaned regularly.
