NOTE; NOT SUITABLE FOR SELF ISOLATION PURPOSES. My home is close to the Airport (5.2km - no Airport noise) and St George Hospital (2.5km), it is half a block from the beach, 15 min walk to the Novotel Hotel in Brighton Le sands where you can also find an abundance of restaurants, cafes and shops. You’ll love my place because of the light, airy room in our spacious house and your own bathroom. We are on the 3rd floor with no lift. Bedroom, main bathroom, kitchen, dining room, balcony and laundry (baskets on top of laundry cupboard to put your dirty washing in, I will return it outside your bedroom door when dry). My son (9) and I live here so can be on hand most days to help out with questions. The Area Located near Botany Bay, the area where Captain Cook initially landed when exploring Australia, Monterey neighbours Brighton Le-Sands (10 Min walk away) providing ample dining and entertainment options. There is a beach half a block away that stretches for kilometres on end, a perfect destination to relax and a great swimming beach for children as no strong waves. With a plethora of restaurants to choose from, you will never be bored from the variety of cuisine available. Public Transport Situated around the corner to the bus stop, whether you're heading to the CBD or local train station, Rockdale (bus 478), there are plenty of options to take when planning to visit the city or suburban Sydney. Please be aware that my son is only 9 so is not always quiet (we are up around 7am), we are out a lot through the week (working/school) but in the weekends/holidays we are home and in the daytime it can be a little noisy at times. Also I need the house to be reasonably quiet after he goes to bed (8pm).
