"The Cedar"is part of a complex of four houses situated above Mandrakia fishing village with unlimited sea view . It is situated very close to PeranTriovasalos village with shops,traditional tavernas ,banks ,supermarkets and coffee shops. The house is at a 10-minute-walking distance from the village and from the nearest sandy beach (Tourkothalassa) at Mandrakia . The building and its interior decoration respect the rules of Cycladic architecture.Guests can use the facilities of the house,relax on its terrace and use the outdoor barbecue and wood stove when the weather allows it. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker and oven,a fridge,a hairdryer,an iron,an espresso coffee machine,a microwave cooker and a 32" TV. It is ideal for couples or families with one or two children . From the complex you can admire the view of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding islands which is stunning.The house is situated very close to Pera Triovasalos village where you can find shops,traditional tavernas,banks,supermarkets and coffee shops. It is at a 10-minute-walking distance from the village and from the nearest beach at Mandrakia.Mandrakia, which is a picturesque fishing village, is really idyllic and visitors can also find there a traditional greek food restaurant. The Medical Centre of the island is a 5 minute drive from our house. The guest house has a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker and oven,a fridge,a microwave oven,a coffeemaker,a toaster ,a hairdryer,a 32" TV and a iron. Guests can also use the outdoor barbecue and wood stove to grill fish or meat. Everywhere in and around the house I will be very happy to collect my guests from the port of Adamas which is 5km away or airport which is 9km away from the guesthouse. The site is very quiet but it is at 10min. walking distance from the nearest village with traditional tavernas that serve delicious meals,supermarkets,a chemist's,the baker's,petrol stations,banks and clothes shops.The Medical Centre of the island is a 5 minute drive from the house. Renting a car or motorbike is essential if you want to go round the island easily.There is plenty of space around the house to park your car. During summer we personally take over cleaning the house daily while freshly washed and ironed bed linen and towels are available every three days . It can host 3-4 people.The house is cleaned daily while clean sheets and towels are available every three days.An additional bed or children's beds are available upon request.
