Rustic House in a Beautiful Village

Nestled in a quiet and peaceful village in Slovenia, 30 km from border with Croatia this brick family home is set in a peaceful location. This traditional style house offers you a home with a small village feel with a great community spirit. Our house offers you a home with a small village feel with a great community spirit. A short stroll to the river bank, forest, church or vast plains is a perfect environment to get away from the city bustle! We can fit 5 people in one room downstairs at the moment. However, soon the 2nd floor will be availavle too, so the house will be able to acommodate up to 12 people. The house has two floors. However, only the ground floor is functional at the moment. Bathroom, kitchen, living room including two beds are all at the disposal of our guests. Even though there are two beds, extra sleeping surface could be arranged for additional guests. We will come and greet the guests drop the keys off and give them all the details and information they want and more! A minute walk from the house is a swimming pool with sauna where natural thermal water is coming in. The water temperature in the pool is from 26º to 28°C making it a perfect place to cool down in summer. Whole area is green and relaxing. Picking mushrooms in the woods, fishing or swimming in the river or walking and enjoying the beautiful scenery are just some of the activities Buseca Vas has to offer. 5 minute stroll to the river Krka, 10 minute drive to the town of Brežice , 40 minutes drive to Zagreb, the capital city of Croatia and one and a half hours to Ljubljana makes this small village a perfect base for exploring the nearby area.
