Cute little Studio flat on the hill with Sea view.

We are delighted to share this brand new studio with you. This is a place to unwind, read and enjoy the view. The studio is near to our home but we totally respect your privacy. There is on street parking, steps and a upsloping path to the flat. There is a toaster, kettle, microwave, outdoor bbq and portable stove top. The studio was a haven during lockdown for my Mum who luckily got stuck here for 5 months instead of 5 weeks while visiting from the UK. We enjoyed a daily 40 minute bush walk from the property during lockdown 2019. We’re a 5 to 10 minute drive from some of Nelson’s best restaurants and are 15 minutes away from Tahunanui and Cable Bay beaches. Our highly acclaimed mountain bike trails are just a 20 minute bike ride or a 10 minute drive away. Or if relaxation is on the menu then this is the perfect place to curl up with a good book and take in the view. There is wifi but no TV. There is a Four Square supermarket and fish and chip take away which are 3 minutes walking distance. The studio has also been used by many for work trips. We appreciate your privacy but are close by in the house should you need anything. There is a local bus service that stops outside the house and buses run to town every hour.
