Site has gated access that requires pin. keeps traffic light. parking for another trailer an option. private, gated with trees and views. 200' driveway with no turn around. Bit of a steep shoulder so be cautious. lots of space to park at the top road of the property. ATV's SxS and dirt bikes all allowed on roadways and path down to water all within the community but be respectful! Near crown land for additional off road exploring. A boat slip could possibly be arranged if required. 5 minute walk down to the water which is good for swimming and fishing. Provincial park on water and boat launch 5 minute drive in Wardner. 12 minutes to Jaffray where you will find; Golf, Liquor, Gas and Convenience store, also First Perk. A FABULOUS coffee breakfast spot. Also a short drive from the Bull River INN and the Kootenay Trout Hatchery & Visitor Centre. 30 minutes to Cranbrook it has EVERYTHING!! Fernie is 40 Minutes. And Fernie is AMAZING!!! Remote but not SECLUDED!!!!
