I rent one room (bedroom) in my cozy "Altbau" flat (about 70m2) in Wiesbaden. The bedroom has a big bed and a wardrobe. I rent one room (bedroom) in my cozy "Altbau" flat in Wiesbaden. The bedroom has a big bed and a wardrobe. There are three romms in my flat: the bedroom (yours), my room and the living room, which we share. You are welcome to use shared rooms in my flat: the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. All needed bedclothes, towels are available. A hair-dryer, a washing machine, an electric iron and different equipment in the kitchen are available too. I live in the flat so I give you all information at your arrival. different shops (1 - 5 minutes walk), farmer market (every Wednesday and Saturday, 10 minutes walk), most of the tourist attractions (5 - 15 minutes walk), the Kurpark (5 minutes walk), the Theater (10 minutes walk), cinemas (5 - 10 minutes walk), cleaning service for clothes (downstairs), a pharmacy (5 minutes walk) busses (2 minutes walk), railway station (10 minutes walk), The International Frankfurter Airport (20 - 25 minutes by train); for the parking in the city you have to pay Monday - Friday 9 am - 7 pm and on Saturday 9 am - 3 pm (for every 15 minutes: 0,50 Euro, maximum 10 Euro). For Park+Ride is the best to use PARKPLATZ GARTENFELDSTRASSE (SALZBACHAUE). It is close to the railway station (3 bus stops to my house; the bus ticket for this short distance costs 1,70 Euro; bus No. 1 and 8: getting off "Wilhelmstraße", bus No. 4 and 14: getting off "Dernsches Gelände"). To walk: about 10 - 15 minutes. Would you like to have some recommendations for Wiesbaden (f.ex. fitness center, hairdresser, cleaning service for clothes, pharmacy, doctors etc.) please don't hesitate to ask me. It would be a pleasure for me to show you the city.
