In Northern NSW this 3 bedroom home is on 30 acres, with indoor and outdoor fireplaces and all the comforts. Beautiful views of Mt Warning, rolling green hills & trickling springs. An ideal tree change for a small group of friends or a family. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Tyalgum village is close with a general store and famous Flutterbies Cottage Cafe. There are 3 separate bedrooms and even an outdoor shower and bath. You will relax in this beautiful area called the “Heart of the Caldera”, a volcanic strip with farms and rolling hills, tree-lined creeks and cattle grazing on lush pastures fed by rich volcanic soil. If you feel like coming out of your country privacy the local town of Tyalgum is just 1km from the property's front gate, the Tyalgum Village has an original General Store with excellent food and local produce and the famous Flutterbies café currently has a fabulous take away menu. Perfect for a family or small group of friends, there are three private bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with a single bunk beds. The house has been recently built with the comforts of a perfect country getaway. The laundry is practical with everything you need including washing machine, dryer and washing line. The kitchen is spacious with a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove. The covered veranda has a barbeque and there is a large table to enjoy family meals and games. The main bedrooms with queen size beds both have aircon. The air-conditioned lounge room has a large TV, L-shaped lounge and a fireplace. For sports addicts, or when the weather isn't the best, we have Foxtel Platinum with every Sports Channel and unlimited movies, as well as a selection of DVDs. There is also a TV in the children's room with an HDMI connection so you can play videos from your device. Feel free to pack a picnic and stroll around to the creek or down to the jetty for a fish or swim. Or enjoy the open air in our original iron clawfoot outdoor bath. You might to also practice your golf swing on our 150M pitching green. None, the place is all yours. There are a few neighbouring houses, the house next door also belongs to us but has long-term tenants with a young family, so please respect their peace and privacy. Please limit outdoor music to a respectable hour as sound travels a long way across the open spaces. No parties. If you need help, the property managers are only a few kilometres away. What was once a remote timber town is now one of the Valley’s most popular day-trip destinations, a vibrant village with quaint old buildings that have been lovingly restored and transformed into country cafes, art galleries, gift stores, a bookshop, silversmith studio and more. Flutterbies cafe has Wood Fired Pizza, live music and licensed bar on Fridays and some Saturdays for special events, they are open every day for breakfast, lunch and high tea. Tyalgum Village is just 1km from the front gate, the General Store has good coffee, fresh bread and plenty of local produce and necessities. Tyalgum Springs is a peaceful place better suited to a family or a few friends. Please no parties or excessive noise - definitely NO dirtbikes. Our community have agreed that we will keep the serenity of the region and wherever possible dirt bikes are not permitted. Pets are welcome as long as they fit in with the horses, cows and other creatures and stay off the furniture. Children are also welcome as long as supervised considering the springs and creeks. It is the country and Tyalgum Springs has been created for people who want to enjoy the country lifestyle and space. There are bugs, creatures, red volcanic dirt and sometimes rough conditions. But the house is cozy and comfortable and we are always working to improve it such as adding air conditioning in the rooms.
