Welcome to Perroy, a beautiful town between Lausanne and Geneva. We offer a nice and fully equipped apartment on the top floor of our house. To get to the apartment you access a shared entrance. The apartment is spacious and has a balcony with a beautiful view over the lake and the vineyards. Willkommen in Perroy, einer Seegemeinde zwischen Lausanne und Genf. The living/kitchen is an open area with a dining table, a pull-out sofabed and a tv. Das Wohnzimmer ist offen und mit der Küche verbunden. Es hat einen Esstisch, ein Sofabett und einen Fernseher. The apartment is situated on the first floor and is fully equipped. To access the apartment, you enter a shared entrance to our house. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist voll ausgestattet. Sie gelangen in die abgeschlossene Wohnung über einen gemeinsamen Eingang zu unserem Haus. The beaches of Perroy and Rolle are in walking distance from the house. You'll reach the beaches in about 10 minutes, a beautiful stroll through the vineyards. There is a park with playground and sweeping views on the lake a less than 5 minute walk away. Perroy village is a 5 minute walk, after the park, and has a fantastic boulangerie with outdoor seating and excellent croissants, bread and pastries. There is also a little épicerie. Rolle is a 20 mins stroll by foot along the lake or a 3 minutes drive. There are many shops, a Coop, a migros center, an organic grocery store, pharmacy, hairdressers, Italian Gelateria, restaurants and a beautiful promenade by the lake without cars. Pulcinella is an excellent Italian restaurant and l'Arantèle is our favorite café with healthy options for breakfast and lunch. The Signal de Bougy is 10 mins away by car and is perfect for walks, picnics and family time. There is a huge playground, accrobranche and many other activities for children large and small as well as a petting zoo and self service restaurant. There are many other places to discover. We will gladly inform you on further possibilities during your stay. Von unserem Haus aus sind Sie in ungefähr 10 Min. zu Fuss am Strand von Perroy und am Strand von Rolle. Bereits der Weg an die Strände entlang der Weinberge mit herrlicher Sicht auf den See und die Berge sind ein Genuss. Das Dorf von Perroy liegt in 5 Minuten Gehdistanz. Empfehlenswert ist die Bäckerei im Dorfkern und der kleine Park mit Spielplatz und einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Rolle ist in 20 Minuten zu erreichen; ein herrlicher Spaziergang am See entlang. In Rolle finden Sie Lebensmittelläden, Apotheken, Restaurants, kleine Läden, eine Gelateria und vieles mehr. Ebenfalls lädt eine schöne Strandpromenade mit Spielplätzen zum Spazieren ein. Das Pulcinella ist ein empfehlenswertes italienisches Restaurant und das Arantèle ein tolles Café. Der Signal-de-Bougy Migros Park ist in 10 Minuten Autofahrt zu erreichen. Dort befindet sich ein Tierpark, Spielplätze, ein Restaurant, Minigolf, ein Kletterpark und vieles mehr. Es gibt noch zahlreiche Orte und Plätze in der Region zu entdecken. Wir geben Ihnen gerne weiter Auskünfte während Ihres Aufenthaltes bei uns. There are buses, in Rolle and Allaman is a train station and the highway is only a couple of minutes away. Es gibt einen Bus nach Rolle und Allaman, wo sich ein Bahnhof befindet. Die Autobahneinfahrt in Rolle in ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Next to the bedroom is a walk-in closet. Neben dem Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein begehbare Kleiderschrank. No visitors allowed in the apartment. Keine Besucher in der Wohnung erlaubt.
