COSY STYLISH PRIVATE 3-ROOM WING & FREE P

The private wing consists of a large bedroom, a lounge (all kinds of facilities) and a luxury bathroom incl. toilet (all on the first floor). The house is situated in the outerboundaries of the city, near national park De Maashorst (info present) and close to the motorway to Nijmegen, Den Bosch, Eindhoven, Arnhem. The station & the city centre are approx. 15 minutes on walking distance. The staircase is shared so you might meet us. The wing is ideal for nature lovers, business people etc. A lovely breakfast in the morning, being able to make your own tea/coffee in your lounge, a nice warm bathrobe and slippers after a refreshing shower, waking up in the quietness (except for the birds), enjoy your lounge, the conservatory and/or garden (both latter are shared). During the weekends breakfast will be served by the host. This is included in the price. Should you wish lunch for the day ? This can also be arranged (price extra). The lounge consists of a microwave, fridge, plates, bowls, cutlery etc. Hospitality is at the top of our list. And should you miss anything ? We'll take care of it. Of course, during the Corona crisis all will be extra cleaned and disinfected ! Through a shared frontdoor the guests reach the bedroom, bathroom and lounge via a shared staircase (14 steps) in the right wing of the house. The host's room is in the left wing. Should you wish to enjoy the garden or conservatory you are welcome to use it. You'll have to cross our living room downstairs. Practically the whole right hand wing of the first floor is for guests only. For the working guests: there is a foldable desk in the lounge. Working ergonomically in a peaceful surrounding. Parking is free of charge in front of our front garden. The railway station is approx. 15 minutes within walking distance. There is a busstop at approx. 200 m distance, alas you cannot rely on them. We are always available for questions. And should you require certain information ? Please do not hesitate to ask. Would you prefer a chat ? Feel free to let us know. The house is situated in a very quiet area of the city. There are supermarkets nearby, and the city centre has many nice cafes and restaurants. National Park De Maashorst is close by (10 minutes by bike, 5 minutes by car). It is a lovely huge park for walking, cycling and having a picknick with woods, meadows and ponds. Please do enjoy the nature at its best and meet the taurosses and Exmoor ponies. The park also has a large range of activities. Or take a trip with one of the ferries to the other side of the river Maas. And a visit to the historical cities of Megen or Ravenstein is absolutely wirth while. There is a lot of information present about the area plus its activities and places of interest. There is a bus stop close by, but the bus will not take you everywhere. The best means of transport would be to travel by foot, bike (you can use ours), train or car. You can walk to the railway station, at an approx. 15 minute walking distance. Should you travel by car: there is plenty of free parking space in front of the house (private property). You will find a lot of tourist information in the lounge. Car rental, when needed, is available in the neighborhood. And should you feel like driving a Solex, rent a (mountain)bike or whatever vehicle ? This is all possible close by our accommodation. We have one bike available for guests. Participants at the Vierdaagse of Nijmegen can make their own breakfast, and/or lunch. We'll make sure all necessities are available and ready. Both breakfast and lunch are not included in the price (except breakfast during the weekends). Although guests can sit in the garden and/or conservatory: please do respect the privacy of the owners.
