Chyheira B&B Room 1

Our room 1 we call the Cadgwith Room, as it is nearest to Cadgwith. We have a view out of the window toward Grade Church and in the distance, it is possible to see the sea on the horizon, all be it, it is within about a mile of the property. The room has a double bed, tea and coffee making facilities, TV, dressing table, hair dryer, 3/4 length mirror, wardrobe with shower/toilet ensuite. The property has 3 B&B rooms, and there is a car park for 3 cars. Access is from 4pm to 7pm (other times by prior arrangement) on the day of checkin. and checkout is (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) am. We are around, but request guests to understand and respect that this is our private house. We are in the country, the nearest pub is about 20 minutes walk away in Cadgwith Cove. We are 3/4 mile from the nearest bus stop. This is suited to Walkers. We are less than a mile from the South West Coast Path. By a combination of roads and paths we are 2.5 miles from Lizard Point. 2 miles from Kynance Cove. 1 mile from Cadgwith. We cook breakfast to order. We are quite relaxed about things - but each room agrees a different breakfast time, which allows each room to receive the same service. So we stagger breakfast times.
