Our spacious home is the perfect retreat for 2 guests wishing to enjoy the charm of the Eltham lifestyle. Modern, clean and peaceful. An excellent base for exploring from, or relaxing in. Enjoy a bush setting, the bird life, nearby artist studios and the wine region. Downstairs garden facing room (Queen bed, TV). Private bathroom, toilet, shower and double basins. A second queen room is available on application for friends after booking. Guests have full access to lower 200sq m house including lounge, dining, TV room and external alfresco BBQ area. Sharing the large house, but with your own private space and bathroom, allows as much or as little interaction as you wish. Your privacy will be respected, but you are welcome to interact with us if that is of interest. Our modern kitchen and alfresco BBQ area allow the master chefs to cook up a treat. Peace and tranquility on a large allotment in an elevated position is an escape from the hussle and bussle of the City, yet close enough (20kms or 30 minutes) to travel to see the sights. Good access to the Ring Road and airport. Our location at the top of Scenic Crescent, but only 20kms from the City centre, suggest travellers with a vehicle would find it more convenient. For the adventurous ones on foot we are happy to drop you off at Eltham train station which is a 15 minute walk otherwise. This is also where many cafes, restaurants and shops are. We are a large 0.3 hectare (3/4 acre) property with off street parking for more than one vehicle or small van.
