The terrace has a covered area with a dining table and a large solarium. A few steps you reach the square of the port and its many services, including restaurants, pizzerias and a hotel. The district is surrounded by greenery, olive trees, oleanders and myrtles. Portisco is a privat village that is part of the municipality of Olbia. It is located near the Gulf of Cugnana and a few hundred meters line-sea from Porto Rotondo. In recent years Portisco has become known nationally thanks to the construction of the modern and well-equipped marina (the marina of Portisco) with a capacity of 589 berths and that is also used by mega-yachts sailing the Costa Smeralda. The development also concerned the homes used for tourism, thanks above all to the strategic position of Portisco, halfway between the two most important places on the coast: Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo. Our apartment is within walking distance and easily reachable from one of the numerous private parking areas of the Village. The beach of Portisco is also easily reached on foot with a walk through the oleanders and is owned by the village.
