Lovely house with great view!

Come and visit our beautiful Arild! A big, cozy house divided into two bedroom areas and is therefore perfect for two families or one big family or group! From the kitchen window you can see the ocean and it´s only 5 min walk to your morning swim. The House is 180 sqm. It´s an old summerhouse from the 1950s that was built out to an bigger ”around the year” house in the 70s. On one part of the house we have one master bedroom and one room with 2 standard beds (90cm and 110cm). There is also a new renovated bathroom with shower. The other part is smaller but more charming. Old style with old wallpaper and cute details. There is one bedroom with two standard beds and one small room with a bunk bed (for children) Here is also a bathroom, old but very fresh with new toilet and sink. The livingroom/diningroom one the ground floor is decorated with a large table that you can sitt 10 persons around. There is a sofa and a fireplace. From this room you can open up to the garden and the terrace. And of course we have a barbecue and a hammock. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher. Upstairs there is a fantastic room with nice view and nice places to read a book, or watch TV (appleTV and Playstation). Here is also a fireplace. In the basement you can enjoy a sauna and shower. Come and visit our beautiful Arild that offers something for everyone! Ideal for sport and nature lovers. From the kitchen window you can see the ocean. 5 minutes walk to your morning swim (and 10 minutes back up). There is hiking, mountain biking (we have 3 in the house), horse riding, climbing, diving, canoe rental and lots of nearby cafes and local food production on and around the nature reserve of Kullaberg. There is an tennis court 200m from the house and we have tennis rackets to lend. Golf lovers can enjoy St Arilds Golfklubb (top 20 in Sweden) 3km away and Mölle Golfklubb, one of the most beautiful courses in the country, just 5 km away. Arild have two hotells whit nice Restaurangs (Hotell Strand & Hotell Rusthållaregården). There is also an local Vineyard just minutes away. Arild has a public swimming pool right on the sea, ideal for children. In Höganäs, just 10 minutes away with car you have everything you need like grocery and liquor store, pharmacies and medical center. A small grocery store in Brunnby is just 3 km away. The station for buss 223 to Höganäs is 2 min walk away. In the village, walk or bike. Nearest airport is in Ängelholm about 36km away. Other airports are Sturup, Malmö and Kastrup, Copenhagen (134km drive or a bus/train trip to Copenhagen via Helsingborg). Nearest train station is Knutpunkten in Helsingborg (37 km) or Ängelholms Station (30 km).
