This place is located in Merrylands that is 10 min drive from Parramatta CBD and 15 min walk from Merrylands train station. 20 min drive to Sydney Olympic Park, 45 min drive to Sydney CBD and Domestic/International Airport. Fast-food restaurants nearby (4 min walking distance) KFC, Hungry Jacks, McDonald’s , Pizza Hut, Dominos Pizza, Subway, Oporto and local kabab shops. The house is cozy, tidy and spacious. bedroom with en-suite, kitchen, laundry and backyard with free parking. Reminder: NOT suitable for party/large group gathering with excessive noise. We do ask that you keep the noise level down at this place is peaceful and quiet, suitable for guests that prefer a relax/chill holiday and enjoy the serenity atmosphere that this place has to offer. This house rule is extremely important for our family and neighbours, so please do not book unless you can follow this. Shared laundry, kitchen and backyard with me and another guests but your room is separated and private. I do beauty and massage at home for my clients in 1 room. Merrylands is a very active and diverse suburb, you will find people from Middle East, Asia and other cultural backgrounds. We suggest you to do some research about the suburbs, have a look into Maps or the internet, so that you can see pictures and any other details of your interest.
