This appartement is near the city center of Linz. A beautiful forrest is in front of the house. The tram station is only 1.5 km. The city center of Linz you can reach within 25 minutes by tram or 15-20 minutes by car. There are also up to three parking slots in front of the appartement. 3 bedrooms, living room with a big couch, kitchen with an eating area, bathroom, toilet You can always call my grandparents, my brother or me. Next to the forrest (lots of green areas, perfect for doing sport, f.e. jogging, walking, ...) but also close to the city. You can arrive by car, we‘ve got parking slots. But there is also a bus station (1 minute by foot) and a tram station (1.5 km). In the same house are living my grandparents and my grandgrandmother (ground floor) and my boyfriend and me (2nd floor). Your appartment on the 1st floor. But these are separated flats, so you don‘t have to see us if you don‘t like. According to the Tourismusabgabeordnung der Landeshauptstadt Linz we have to collect a tourism tax of 2 euro per night per person (unless there is an exception according to § 5 Tourismusabgabeordnung der Landeshauptstadt Linz).
