A well-equipped, beachfront condo where you can chill out in style! Located in the friendly town of San Clemente, 45 minutes north of the Manta airport. Highlights of this beautiful condo include an oceanview master bedroom, oceanview living room, and a spacious covered beachfront patio, just steps away from the 66-ft swimming pool, jacuzzi, and ramp down to the sandy beach and warm water. Folks of all backgrounds welcome. We offer multi-week or 1+ month discounts-please send a message. This condo is located in "Ensenada del Pacifico" an 18-unit development right on the beach. This condo is an end unit and is located on the ground level with a pathway leading you directly to the pool, jacuzzi and beach! You will have access to a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and most importantly, your own beachfront patio for enjoying the ocean breezes and views. The living room has a double and triple sofa, one of which converts into a comfortable double sofa bed. There is a 49" flat screen smart TV where you can stream Netflix or use your own streaming device. The sliding glass doors in the living room have blackout window coverings. There are two bedrooms, both equipped with AC and comfortable pillowtop mattresses. The master bedroom has a beautiful king-size bamboo canopy bed from which you can see the beach. The master ensuite features double sinks, separate water closet (toilet room), and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features AC, a queen bed, armoire, and a desk. The second bath has a bathtub in case you need to soak away a hard day at the beach. Next to the second bath is the laundry with a washer and dryer. Unlike most properties in Ecuador (and much of Latin America) you can throw your toilet paper in the toilet instead of in your trash can. In order to provide you with safe, potable water, the condo is equipped with a whole house water filtration system that treats all water entering the unit. Guests have access to the 66 ft beachfront swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, direct access to the beach, and a bocce ball court We are happy to stock the condo ahead of your arrival with any food or beverages. Please specify what you'd like to have and we'll give you an estimate of the cost. If you are ready to really get pampered, we can arrange for in-home visits for massages, manis/pedis, facials, waxing, etc. We can also arrange for a trusted person to come clean and even cook meals for you if you wish. And of course, if you want to do more than relax, there are a variety of local tours and outdoor activities that we can help you to arrange. If you are arriving by plane into Manta, let us know if you would like us to arrange for an airport pickup. The condo is located right on the beach in the small fishing town of San Clemente. Unlike most properties in the area, there is no road between the property and the beach. The waters are warm and offer year-round swimming. You can walk towards the north at low tides for miles and there is little to no development. Walking towards the south you head towards town and eventually come to the mouth of a river. July through September is the whale watching season. You may be lucky to see whales breaching from your beachfront patio. Or we can help to arrange a boat to take you on a 2-hour whale watching trip. The condo is within a 10-15 minute walk to the center of town where there is a coffee shop, small stops for basic supplies, and restaurants. You can also catch the bus to a larger city (Bahia or Portoviejo) for major shopping trips. San Clemente is very small and everything is within a 20 minute walking distance. There is a hotel next door with a nice, oceanfront restaurant; otherwise, most restaurants are a 10-15 minute walk. The closest store is about 10 minutes. If walking is not your thing we have bicycles you can rent or we can arrange for a taxi or mototaxi (basically a motorcycle towing a carriage) to take you where you need to go. We will provide you with a map indicating the locations of local stores, restaurants, the doctor's office, pharmacy, and other need to know locations.
