It is within walking distance to major shopping complexes, cafes/restaurants and transport and a very short drive to the Swan Valley wine region. The unit is a little gem offering a relaxed space, either indoors or out in the private courtyard with a covered sail for shade. The unit is at ground level and has no steps. It is suitable for either 2 couples or a small family. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom attached. The second bedroom has a double bed with shared bathroom facilities. Bathroom has a bathtub/shower for those who would like to soak and relax. Kitchen is well appointed and equipped for guests who love to cook whilst on holidays. The unit has a laundry (with a combined washer/dryer), and a clothes line outside. The living room is comfortable, with reverse cycle Air Conditioner and a free to air/smart-tv if you want to sign into your Netflix or other streaming accounts. There is more than one dedicated (numbered) parking bay on-site for those traveling with a car. There is a lockbox for any time that guests cannot be greeted in person. There is a lock box for accessing key. I will be available to greet and meet at the designated check in time, if requested (subject to covid-19 laws if allowed). Should this time not be suitable, arrangements can be made within reasonable hours for me to be on site. I am contactable via mobile should any concerns arise. Within walking distance to all ammenities, such as major shopping complexes with cinemas, cafes, restaurants, banks and to train station. For those wishing to go to the City and Fremantle, the unit is within walking distance to public transport. The unit is well appointed, 15 minutes from airport and 25 minutes to the city. A 5 minute drive to the the picturesque Swan Valley Wine Region and Historical Guildford. The foothills are only a 10 minute drive with much to see within John Forrest National Park.
