Santa Severa, a charming seaside resort near Rome

In the most beautiful places on the northern coast of Rome, a recently renovated apartment on the second floor, with a terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains of Tolfa! Simple and essential, is suitable for couples and families. Pets are allowed. Simple but very nice, the apartment consists of: - living room with kitchenette and a very comfortable sofa bed - a large bedroom with double bunk and third pull-out bed - a bathroom with shower. - Two balconies and a terrace above Recently renovated (April 2016) is on the second and top floor and is accessed by an spiral staircase. It has two balconies, one of which is livable and used as a dining area and a terrace on the top floor with beautiful sea view, which is accessed from a balcony with a small spiral staircase. Guests have at their disposal the entire house and terrace overlooking the sea. In the building there is free parking for the condominiums. Parking spaces are not reserved (first come, first served!) I do not live in Santa Severa but I try to do everything possible to be present at the time of your arrival! I'm always available via phone or email. Santa Severa is a seafood place very well connected to Rome by highway, by train and by bus coming and going frequently. The sea is clean, sandy coastline and is a perfect place for families with children. The Castle of Santa Severa is one of the most important monuments of historical and archaeological interest on the Tyrrhenian coast to the north of Rome. The perfect destination for those who want to visit the ancient medieval village, and also spend a day at sea in complete relax! Near the house there is a bus stop leading to Rome, but in summer it is beautiful to walk on the beautiful promenade in Santa Severa or visit the Castle, or take the car to enjoy the beauty of the mountains of Tolfa ... Because of access by a spiral staircase it may not be comfortable for older people or families with infants. Not suitable for people with disabilities.
