Sport equipment can be rented just next to the house. The apartment is fully equipped and very luminous with an amazing view! Splendid 4.5 rooms (140 m²), duplex apartment with a large sunny terrace on the third and last floor with an amazing and panoramic view on the Prättigau valley. Spacious entry with chest of drawers and wardrobe, large living room with a very comfortable corner sofa, fireplace, dining room with an expandable table ( until 10 persons). Fully equiped open kitchen. Internet, cable TV,DVD, phone, Sonos ( wifi music) Upstairs, 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom( shower/WC), 1 bedroom with maximum 4 single beds, 1 bathroom with bath tub/shower/WC. Separate private room with washing machine and tumble dryer; 1 garage place, elevator, ski locker and bike room (in the garage). Pets are permitted only upon request. Non-smoker-apartment. We only rent the flat saturday to Saturday during school holidays The whole flat is at your disposal like the ski room and the separate but private fully equipped laundry I m available to discuss with you when you want and we have also a person who is in charge to manage the flat Ideally located, you are at 5mn by walk to the Madrisa ski-slope ( with the Madrisaland for childrens ) and the train station of Klosters Dorf with the little red RhB which allows you to be directly in few minutes to Klosters Platz to enjoy skiing in the bigger areas of Gotchna from where you can also rich the Davos skiing areas. Sport equipment can be rented just next to the house. You can also take the bus just in front of the house (free of charge like the train) if you prefer and choose to have a walk or going biking in one of the beautiful pedestrian promenade of the region.
