Furnished, the flat is ideal for those who want to stay in the green, in the atmosphere of a town of ancient traditions half way between Milan and Pavia. Convenient thanks to its strategic position, 10 mins driving to: - 'Humanitas' and 'IEO' hospitals - Assago Forum It's 20 km driving close to Milan (Ticinese/Navigli area where FuoriSalone takes place) and 17 km to Pavia and Fiera RHO. For leisure time, the Natural Oasis around offers unique landscapes for walking and outdoor sports. Located in a newly built residential neighborhood, the apartment is quiet and perfect to disconnect from the daily routine. In the wide balcony, you can spend time in relax - this is the only area where smoking is allowed. Early/Late check-in and check-out are possible but must be previously agreed. A wide parking area in front of the house is always free and accessible to vehicles of all sizes. Each first Tuesday of the month at 9 am there is the street cleaning and it's needed to park in the nearby street. Copy of valid documents (id, passport or similar) is required by local law and will be asked along your stay period. Your independence comes first, but I'll always be at your disposal for answering your questions and being of help! A few steps walk, you will find all the useful commercial services: supermarket, bar, bakery, laundry, beauty centre etc. The town center, with its medieval fortress, is reachable by walking and cycling. Here takes place every year in October the historic 'Palio dell'Oca' that I recommend seeing at least once in life. For tourism or business, the apartment is conveniently close by car to the main highways around Milan and to the motorways A7 | Milan-Genova and A1 | Milan-Bologna. Milano SDA Bocconi, Pavia University and Humanitas University are easy to reach by car. There are also active connections to Milan and Pavia by PMT bus line and Trenitalia [train station: Villamaggiore]. The flat is at the second floor of four, with lift. Extra towels, blankets and sheets are available for stays of +3 days.
