The Solace Cottage (including Indian meals)

The house is located on top of a hill in Kandaghat very close to the Shimla highway. There is a lawn in the front of the room and a balcony on the back. You'll get a very serene view with Sunrise on one side to sunset on the other. This is our personal home which we want to share with travelers. There's a temple next door, so we prefer no loud noises or partying to respect the locals. This is a very quiet and beautiful place. Perfect to get away from the city life. You'll love it. The house is located on top of a hill, so easily accessible to hiking trails or exploring in the forest area that starts right after the house. It's a very serene spot. The view is just amazing with sunrise on one side and sunset on another. Guests will have full access to the front and back balcony, their living room, kitchen and bedroom/bathroom. The rest of the house will be for our personal use and will be marked accordingly. We are on top of the hill with local houses on one side and forest area on the other. The local market and highway is about a km away by walk or vehicle. Nearest bus stop is about a km away from the house on the main highway. Absolutely no loud music or partying as we're located next to a temple and out of respect to the priests who live there, we try to keep it low. They sleep around 9:30pm and get up at 3AM. They said if anyone makes any noise, they'll also wake us up at 3AM with very loud religious music. They have done that before :)
