Burrill Lake holiday home in a great location.

Our holiday home has a new kitchen and bathroom as well as new carpets and flooring. It has a large flat, fully enclosed front and backyard with plenty of off street car, boat and caravan parking This property consists of three bedrooms with possibility of sleeping 8 guests. Property also offers front and rear undercover patios. Toys, books and high chair available on request. The outdoor laundry has a second fridge, bath/shower and an outside toilet. There are 2 bikes a kayak and canoe for use. Burrill Lake is a small town 4 kms. south of Ulludulla on the NSW south coast.. The holiday home offers close proximity to local shops, restaurant, parks, public transport, lake front and beach. The local clubs, Mollymook Golf Club and the Ulludulla Ex Services provide free pickup to and from the home. The other popular tourist areas are Milton, Ulludulla and Mollymook, offering beachs, restaurants and shopping which are approximately 10 mins. away. Burrill Lake remains a popular resort during the summer and school holidays. The local beach also provides safe swimming, fishing, surfing, canoeing etc. There are three public boat ramps located close by. The local fish and chip shop was afforded the honour of the best in New South Wales in 2012. The local branch of the Lions Club maintains a family-friendly barbecue area and parkland on the lake foreshore for the enjoyment of locals, travellers and visitors.A number of businesses are located at Burrill Lake, including a grocery store, cafes and takeaway food stores, a post office/newsagency, liquor store, hairdresser and medical centre. The home has an outside laundry with second shower and toilet. By phone. To get around the area it's only a short walk to the nearby beaches and beautiful lake. If you would like to visit Ulludulla RSL for any of their concerts or just for dinner with the family you can call the Club and organise to be picked up by the clubs free bus service at your door and return home. Mollymook Golf Club also has a free pick up and drop off. There is also a bus that leaves from Burrill Lake that will take you into Ulludulla or onto Sydney. Minimum two nights' stay.
