Apartment on the first floor, complete with all appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine and oven, with large balcony. Located less than a kilometer from the highway (A8; E62), but completely isolated from traffic and city noise. A few kilometers from the subway and the exhibition center of RHO FIERA, and a few kilometers from the train station of Rho. 25 min from Milan Malpensa airport and 45 min from Bergamo airport. A few minutes from the shopping centre of Arese: "Il Centro". Cozy apartment in a quiet residential area, away from the noise, but not far from major attractions and train and metro hubs useful for travel. Apartment complete with appliances. Great for business trips and tourism for the proximity to Milan and the fairgrounds. I always try to be as helpful as possible with my guests, both by phone and on site. It is always a pleasure to interact with them and make them feel at home. The bus stop is right at the end of the street, it is a 3-minute walk from the house to the bus stop leading to the Rho station (a train stop with the Rho Fiera station). The bus connects the accommodation with Rho railway stations (30 min by bus, 6 stops; bus Z113) in Rho fiera (also underground). Due to the coronavirus, in order to better preserve the health of our guests, we are disinfecting with special care the surfaces that are touched most frequently between reservations. During the cleaning operations we use products recommended by the Environmental Protection Agency, the US Environmental Protection Agency, cleaning solutions with diluted household bleach or at least 70% alcohol, which are considered effective against coronavirus.
