Apartment near Bodensee/Donautal + balcony + grill

The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms all rooms with flat screen TV. The apartment has its own bathroom (towels included) and its own, fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, fridge, stove + oven, microwave, etc.). The garden with barbecue and covered pavilion can be used. The rooms are rented only to a common tour group, i. if e.g. book only 2 people, the other two rooms empty All rooms are attractively and comfortably furnished (see pictures). All beds are of course fully equipped with pillows, blankets and sheets. Bedroom 1: has a large flat screen TV, high quality furniture, a double bed 180x200, and a couch, which can be pulled out to the sofa bed 140x200. The room has a balcony or conservatory. Bedroom 2: also large flat screen TV, a double bed 180x200, and a couch, which can be pulled out to the sofa bed 140x200 (see pictures). Bedroom 3: this is a smaller room with a double bed 140x200. We also have a baby cot and a travel cot, which can be set up if necessary. Your apartment has a newly renovated bathroom (shower and sink, no bath) towels, towels, shampoo, etc. are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a short stay, such as. Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cutlery, etc. Overall, we theoretically have sleeping arrangements for 11 people. But this would only be recommended for a short stay with limited space. Ideal is the stay for 6-8 persons. For bicycle groups, garage space for bicycles can be provided. Ample free parking is available. 2 beautiful bathing lakes (Steidle lake or South lake 3) are easily reachable in 2km or 5km distance. Lake Constance (for example Überlingen) in about 30km. Distances: Sigmaringen with old town and castle about 9km, Danube Valley approx. 13km, Lake Constance - Überlingen about 30km Lake Constance - Meersburg about 36km, from here the ferry goes to Constance and Mainau Island A supermarket and a bakery are nearby. The apartment is part of a two-family house. We live on the upper floor and are therefore available as a contact person if necessary. The ground floor would be your living unit, in this you are alone and absolutely undisturbed. Only sometimes we have to use a separate room on the ground floor, but we would do this only by appointment and in consultation with you, if we really need in this room, then only in the period about 10-14.00 o'clock, but as I said, only after previous agreement, so that you are otherwise undisturbed. You get your own key. We live in the same house, but separated from you. Busstop (Bodensee/Lake of Constance: Überlingen for example) is directly in the proximity. The nearest train station would be Sigmaringen or Mengen (about 7-9km). You should have a car in our area better. Free parking is available. Bedroom 1 goes to the back and is quiet, Bedrooms 2 and 3 are facing the street.
