Independent house in the historic centre

Our spacious apartment in the historic centre, 15 mins from the sea, is composed of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a sitting room with a folding sofa-bed, TV LCD, DVD, WIFI, bathroom and a private terrace overlooking a magnificent valley of olive groves. The apartment occupies approximately 90mq and is completely renovated. It occupies three floors. On the first floor there is a completely fitted kitchen with a fireplace, bath with shower, bidet, washing machine, hair-dryer and box room. The second floor comprises a bedroom with double bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers and a bedroom with two single beds. The lower floor consists of a sitting room with a double sofa-bed, a satellite LCD TV; this room opens onto the terrace. The terrace contains a table, chairs, sun beds, umbrella and small barbecue. All the rooms have mosquito nets. WIFI is also available for free. The apartment is situated in the historic centre of Pietrabruna, a typical village of inland Liguria, therefore the road is winding and to get to the house there are about 15 steps. The apartment is completely independent, therefore there are no common spaces and the terrace is private. We welcome our guests on arrival and we are always ready to help and to provide further information if required All costs are included except for the GPL gas used to heat the apartment. This is charged 3.50 euros per cubic metre
