The said bungalow is a house built in typical Konkani style with laterite stone (locally they call it chira /red bauxite stone – is know as breathing natural stone thus keeping the house cool all the time in summers also . ! It is designed in such a way that one feels at home yet away from home!. The property is spread over 13600 sq ft of lush greenery abundance with coconut, betelnut, and jackfruit, plantation. Your personal visit once with the family is essential wherein you will experience the hide and seek game of sun and shadows, waking up to the chirping sounds of birds as well as quintessential sound of sea! And our care taker who is an excellent cook shall prepare the same for you . The fish auction is something which one should not miss ,will need to be there at jivna Bandar by 7 am early morning that’s when all fish trawler arrive after deep sea fishing . Perfect for a family of grandparents, parents and kids. Ample space for kids to run around, grandparents can relax in Varandah. Parents can take an early morning walk or run on beach. Even well suited as a place for get together for youngsters to chill. Best way to reach Padmavati is to drive down the drive to shrivardhan is really a scenic one specially when you start driving towards shrivardhan from mangao , this place is also easily reachable by ST ,it stops right in front the bunglow .
