House on two levels with small internal spiral staircase and attached courtyard, furnished with simplicity and functionality, consisting of: kitchenette and dining area on the ground floor; bedroom with French bed, bathroom with small shower and washing machine upstairs, for a total of 45sqm. Externally a small courtyard with wooden pergola where you can have lunch and dinner in the open air. The free parking is only 50 meters away. Please pay attention to the internal staircase because it is a little narrow. Very functional and practical is the small outdoor patio used exclusively for guests. A place where you can have lunch and dinner in the open air with privacy. We are a very expansive couple and we like to welcome our guests and socialize with them. During the stay we are always available for any information. In the event that you check in, you can enter the code provided by us, guests can safely enter the apartment. Montemarcello is a charming and picturesque village, from which you can see a splendid panorama of the Ligurian coast. You can make trekking routes for those who love walking in nature; one of the routes will take you to a lovely beach, "Punta Corvo". Moreover, other sites of interest are easily reachable: the famous marble quarries of Carrara, the beautiful Lerici, the small village of Tellaro and Bocca di lean. On the other side of the Gulf of La Spezia is Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, reachable by boats that serve from various places on the coast. The cities of art that are not more than two hours away are: Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Genoa, Lucca, Parma. Another tourist attraction is the famous carnival of Viareggio just half an hour from the village.
