Private 2 bedrooms, 5 min walk to Collaroy Beach

This private apartment is below our house, with its own entrance, parking for 1 car only. We live at the top of a steep hill which is a five minute walk down to the beach. Collaroy has a cinema, cafes, bars, restaurants & supermarket. Public transport will take you directly to Manly, Sydney (60mins) or north as far as Palm Beach (where they film Home & Away). Around the corner on Collaroy Plateau there are Thai, Indian & Chinese restaurants, take away Pizza, a small cafe’ & convenience store. The apartment is suitable for singles, couples or small families. There are two queen beds, mirrored wardrobes & heating in each room, electric under blankets on each bed. Lounge area has a heater, sofa, two chairs, TV and dining table that seats four. Bathroom with toilet, shower, basic toiletries, hairdryer, washing machine & dryer. Towels provided also some for the beach too. Spacious fully equipped kitchen. Tea, Coffee, Milk & a small breakfast items. There are 3 steps into the apartment. You have access to the entire 2 bedroom apartment I will be here to greet you whenever possible, show you around and help with any questions you may have. I live on the property but will leave you in privacy to relax but you are most welcome to pop up the steps or text if you need any help or information. Collaroy Plateau is a fairly quiet suburb but within 5 minutes there are restaurants, cafes', bars, cinema & the beach. We are a 20 minute drive to the new Northern Beaches Hospital & 15 minutes drive to the Sydney Academy of Sport & Recreation, which is adjacent to Narrabeen Lake where you can hire paddle boards, kayaks & bikes. Also 5 minutes drive to the Long Reef Golf Course, with the best views of the Northern Beaches and 20 minutes drive to Manly beach. There is a bus stop around the corner which will take you to Sydney & various suburbs, you can also go down the hill towards the beach where you can also catch buses to Sydney, Manly, (you can also get a ferry from Manly into Sydney). Taronga Zoo and other suburbs along the way, Sydney will take about 45 to 60 minutes on the bus. There is off street parking for one car only, if you have 2 cars, you may unload but please park at the top of the street out of the drive to the left, not on the driveway. We wash all towels & linen before each guest checks in so there isn't the need for you to strip the beds after your stay. If you are staying more than a week there will be clean towels & linen supplied or before if required.
