Our guest enjoy their great privacy, we and our guests live in different floors, so it is almost like a separate apartment! 5 minutes walk to public transport centre, with S7 you can arrive in city centre, Mariaplatz, English garden, Octoberfest within half an hour! There are restaurants, grocery stores,, and supermarkets in the neighbourhood. Parking is free! welcome to live in my house and i will be your best hostess! Our room has a big well-equipped shower room right next to the bedroom, and right across the bedroom, there is a storage room for our guests to put their luggage, and their shopping stuff, so they can have more room in their private bedroom. We and our guests live in different floors, so don´t worry about your privacy! everything in our house is available to our guests, kitchen, garden, grill, and TV, super quick Wifi, washing machine and dryer, ironer and ironing board. just feel free to use it.
