Entire place - annexe private entrance Views

A unique annexe/apartment on 2 floors with kitchen, dining room, lounge, bedroom. Private entrance. Panoramic views. Own parking space on drive. Private courtyard with ‘shack’, all weather with chiminea and incredible views of the Fleet lagoon and Chesil beach. The outside space is completely enclosed so safe for dogs. Situated on the South West coast path. The lagoon is good for kayaking and you can swim at Pirates Cove which you can see from the property. Wood will be available for your use. The ‘shack’ is all weather with shutters for protection during windy weather. Binoculars will be available for wildlife viewing. We get deer, badgers, foxes, hedgehogs, birds of pray including a resident barn owl and sparrow hawks. Swallows and bats abound. Go for a walk, swim or kayak in the lagoon which is a site of special scientific interest. See Chesil beach hare and egrets and oyster catchers, terns etc. So much to see and do. The annexe is lovely and just refurbished. I give my guests space at all times. You may see me pottering around the garden and you can contact me at any time via the app or my mobile number. Old Wyke village is on the outskirts of Weymouth. There are regular bus routes to Weymouth and Portland. Access to the southwest coast path is minutes away. The lagoon is one of the largest in Europe and Chesil beach is accessible by kayak. You can see Portland from the shack and has great places to visit including Portland lighthouse. It’s great on a stormy day with dramatic waves and a blow hole. There is only one double bed in the property even though it says there are two. I’ve tried to change this on the listing but have had no success.
