Its about 20-30mins drive to the beaches of Dagupan City and San Fabian, 10 mins to Urdaneta City, 15-30 mins to Our Lady of Manaoag. It is a newly constructed modern and elegant house with two bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen and a cozy living room. There are street foods around the village/subdivision in the afternoon and a convenience store (7/11) open for 24 hours. Dagupan City, Urdaneta City, San Fabian and Manaoag, Calasiao, Mangaldan, Mapandan, Malasiqui Provincial buses going to Manila, Carmen, Urdaneta and Dagupan are available and easily accessible. Foreign Guest arriving at Clark International Airport may alight at the subdivision’s gate. Host has also SUV (with driver) for rental should you want to explore the province of Pangasinan.
