Situated on the beautiful Silver Coast in the region of Leiria midway between Lisbon and Porto airports we offer peaceful, calm surroundings where you can relax and hear the birds sing or jump in a car and visit some fantastic beaches all within a short drive away. There’s lots to do and lots to explore but remember at the end of the day, as the sun sets what better place to relax than at Rural Retreats Portugal! property consists of 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower. A fully fitted kitchen with all essentials to include : microwave, electric hob, fridge freezer, crockery, cutlery, The lounge is equipped with a television and sofa bed (ONLY SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN TO THE AGE OF 12) The double bedroom is equipped with all bed linen, hanging space, hangers and hair dryer. To the outside rear of the house there is a small private area with table and chairs, and a BBQ. THE BBQ MUST BE CLEANED AFTER THE STAY, FAILURE WILL INCUR 20euro CLEANING FEE. To the front are mature gardens with a natural spring stream, shared swimming pool with sun loungers and a children’s play area. Locally there are restaurants, cafe/bars small supermarkets. Pedrogão beach - Approximately 10 minutes drive is a typical portuguese fishing village with shops, restaurants and bars. Vieira beach -Approximately 15 minutes drive, set between the River Lis and the ancient pine forest of Pinhal de Leiria. There are plenty of places to eat and drink along the sea front, including Mariparque Water Park. You will be close to the magnificent City of Leiria, with beautiful buildings, castles, with lots of culture and heritage, classed as one of the top three cities in portugal approximately 20 minutes drive. We advise that you rent a car and parking is available on site free of charge. Exceptionally peaceful and tranquil where the only sounds are of the birds singing!
