One double bedroom with queen bed and a big built in wardrobe. It is a very private room, as it is on the second floor in secluded corner. Excellent location: 2 min walk to bus stop to city, 5 min walk to shopping centre(Coles, Aldi, cafes, fast food restaurants) and 10 min walk to train station. 7 km from CBD, 10-15 min drive by Uber(approx $25). Friendly and hospitable middle aged couple with 2 adult children and 2 friendly loving poodle dogs . Th house is very modern, spacious and bright. It's only a 4 years old house and in very quiet court location. It is very peaceful and attractive address that is conveniently close to shops: Central West Shopping Centre is behind the court just a 5 min walk with Coles, Aldi and cafes and t/aways. 2 buses to the city 219 (2 min walk) & 220 bus (5 min). Tottenham Train Station is 8 min walk (10min ride to city centre). The house has 3 bathrooms, 3 separate toilets, a large kitchen with ample storage 2 lounges and 2 dining rooms and 1 retreat upstairs. 2 fridges, microwave, kettle, toaster, FREE Tea and Coffee. FREE internet. We only use back of the house (kitchen, 1 dining & 1 lounge room), which is separated by double doors and other parts of house is hardly used. Also big verandah is at the back and garden with relaxing water fountain. Also not far from the melbourne city CBD and many other facilities and attractions. My husband and my one adult daughter are living in this household as well as our 2 loving poodles.
