Lamphey benefits from a village shop (2 mins walk), 2 excellent pubs hotel, Spa with restaurants. There are also tennis courts, playing fields and a children's park within the village. A five minute drive from Lamphey, you can enjoy a walk at Freshwater East or further along the coast at a little over 20 minutes’ drive, you will find the renowned walled town and beach of Tenby. There is also a rail station within the village with regular trains to both Tenby, Pembroke and beyond. From Bryn-Y-Mel (the apartment) walk to Bishop’s Palace which was the retreat of choice for medieval bishops seeking solace from the everyday stresses of Church and State. Why not enjoy a romantic evening meal at Lamphey Hall with some of the finest local produce including fresh line caught sea bass. The Lamphey Court offers an excellent Spa - offering a range of treatments, a swimming pool, steam room, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. The restaurant offers an excellent choice of light lunches, afternoon teas and an A la Carte dinner menu. Both establishments are within walking distance of the apartment. A five minute drive from Lamphey, you can enjoy a walk at Freshwater East or further along the coast you will discover the world famous beach at Barafundle and Stackpole Quay. The train from Lamphey (5 minute walk)takes you directly in to Tenby town centre in 15 minutes.
